My current best is 24:48 after about a week since discovering it, I will update if I try to optimize further :O

What buffs bosses? I see their number going up but don't understand what's doing it. Is it leaders? If so, why isn't the number going up by the number of leaders?
You might not have had all your leaders fully upgraded.
